Frequently asked questions

Microphone permission is denied. What should I do?

Open iOS Settings, find SleepGuard, and allow microphone access. Without microphone permission, sleep recording cannot start.

I am not receiving morning notifications.

Check notification permissions in iOS Settings and make sure morning reports are enabled inside the app settings.

How do I restore premium?

Open the premium screen and use the restore purchases action. Apple must confirm the previous purchase on the same Apple Account.

How do I remove saved clips or session history?

Use the relevant in-app settings and storage controls where available. Removing the app may also remove local data depending on iOS behavior and backup state.

Does SleepGuard replace medical advice?

No. SleepGuard is intended for personal tracking and informational use only. For diagnosis or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
