1. Acceptance
By using SleepGuard, users agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree, they should stop using the service.
2. App purpose
SleepGuard is intended to help users observe snoring-related sleep patterns and review generated summaries. It is not a medical diagnosis tool and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
Users agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. Users must not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
4. Permissions and device behavior
Certain features require device permissions such as microphone, notifications, and optional HealthKit access. If these permissions are denied, some features may be limited or unavailable.
5. Premium subscriptions
Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Billing, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies.
6. Restore purchases
Users who previously purchased premium access through Apple can use the restore purchases feature where available.
7. Intellectual property
The SleepGuard app, branding, interface elements, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
8. No warranty
SleepGuard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SleepGuard and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
